Hristiyan Sultanov has a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE). He also graduated from the University of Forestry with a bachelor's degree in Ecology and Environmental Protection.

He has many years of experience and professional competence in evaluating project proposals and financing projects through EU funds, monitoring the eligibility and legality of the costs incurred, as well as significant knowledge in the field of the waste and the mining industry in the country. He has held management positions in state and municipal structures, where his main activity has included managing work teams, implementing administrative and procedural rules in the organization, analyzing complex issues, as well as coordinating, effectively managing and resolving crisis situations. In his professional activity to date, Hristiyan Sultanov has participated in the implementation and/or management of several projects financed with European funds, as well as project programs financed by other international financial institutions.

He has extensive experience in managing and organizing work processes, as well as knowledge regarding all supporting activities - planning, budgeting and program implementation, which allows him to expertly fulfill his management position in Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone EAD.
