Today, the contribution of 7 state properties with a total area of ​​290 hectares in favor of the new "Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone" with a total value of BGN 17,861,114 was entered in the Commercial Register.

According to the protocol signed by the Minister of Economy Bogdan Bogdanov, the contribution includes properties from the "Novi Iskar" area of ​​the Metropolitan Municipality - from the lands of the villages of Dobroslavtsi (866,696 sq.m), Mirovyane (1,227,464 sq.m) and Novi Iskar (807,200 sq. m).

In practice, the contribution is to the state-owned "National Company Industrial Zones" EAD, but after the registration of the non-monetary contribution, the properties in question will be contributed to the capital of "Economic Zone Dobroslavts" EAD, which is its subsidiary company.

The new company was established in October this year. From the very beginning, its capital is BGN 5,178,610, but it is about to increase with the value of the properties. Ivan Alexiev, who until April 2022 headed the "National Health Company for Children's Hospital" EAD, was appointed as the manager of the economic zone. Ivan Kostovski and Nigrita Razmirova are also in charge of the new economic zone.

In April of this year, when the caretaker government decided to create it, the Minister of Innovation and Growth Alexander Pulev said that it would be the size of 200 football fields and would be profiled in the automotive segment. He announced that already international investors have a serious interest in the new economic zone "Dobroslavtsi". The intention was to create an entire ecosystem of industrial zones, and Dobroslavtsi is just the beginning.
