Economic Zone Dobroslavtsi (EZD) officially started its activities with an architectural survey of the objects located on the territory of the former military airport in the village of Dobroslavtsi. This step is part of the planned actions to transform the area into a significant economic hub for future investments.

The territory of the economic zone covers 2,901,745 square meters, distributed in seven land properties. On this territory there are located 27 hangars, 70 garage cells, as well as numerous other infrastructure objects (technical premises, sports hall, medical center, height and parachute tower, summer cinema, sports hall, outdoor pool, medical center and other buildings and facilities, including an attraction cafe-bar made from an aircraft fuselage), which will be part of the future development of the area.

First activities in EZD

In the period from 0Sept 9 to Sept 15 , a detailed architectural survey of the building stock was carried out by the EZD team. Current activities at the zone include assessing the condition of the buildings to decide which ones should be renovated and which ones will be demolished. The procedure for approval of a detailed development plan for the area, which will determine its future development, is also underway.

Interest in EZD

Although the project is still at the initial stage of development, Economic Zone Dobroslavtsi is already attracting significant interest from large investors who are exploring opportunities to expand their activities within the zone. In addition, the territory of the zone also attracts short-term tenants for various projects. The company has developed internal rules that regulate the conditions for short-term and long-term use of the sites in the zone in order to facilitate the process of renting properties. EZD aims to be as flexible as possible and to cater for the needs of various partners.

With the progress of activities and planned initiatives for the next five years, Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone has the potential to become a strategic project for the development of the region.
