Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone EAD (IZD EAD), based on Art. 30, para. 1, item 8 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises (PEPLA), adopted with PMS No. 85 of 04/30/2020. and Protocol No. 6 of 10.12.2024. of "National Company of Industrial Zones" (NKIZ EAD) - the sole owner of the capital of the company, ANNOUNCES the following conditions for the lease through direct negotiation:
A. SUBJECT TO RENTAL PROCEDURE.
The subject of the rental procedure are areas (built-up and unbuilt), parts of objects and infrastructure, owned by "ECONOMIC ZONE DOBROSLAVTSI" EAD, located in the lands of the village Dobroslavtsi, village Mirovane and the city Novi Iskar, according to Description of properties (Appendix No. 1), an integral part of these terms and conditions.
B. START HA CONDUCT HA PROCEDURE
The procedure is carried out according to the procedure and under the conditions of Art. 30, para. 1, item 8 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on Public Enterprises (PPEPP), through direct negotiation with the interested parties.
C. TERM FOR RENT: short-term up to 1 (one) year.
D. RENTAL PRICE: the rental price, according to the conditions of art. 30, para. 1 of the PPPPPP is determined by an independent appraiser and depending on the interest shown, the rental price is communicated to the interested parties before the start of the negotiations.
D. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROCEDURE.
The interested persons submit in a sealed opaque envelope with the inscription "To participate in the procedure for renting out in accordance with Art. 30, para. 1, item 8 of the PPPP" Sample application (Appendix No. 2), together with the attached declarations, in person or through an authorized person at the address: Sofia, p.k. 1000, str. "Angel Kanchev" No. 1, fl. 5, for "Dobroslavtsi Economic Zone" EAD, Documents can also be submitted electronically to the email address: h.sultanov@ezd.bg, in which case the application and declarations should be signed with an electronic signature.
Well. DIRECT CONTRACT PROCEDURE: The interested persons, after receiving the Application, are invited in writing or by e-mail to conduct negotiations and upon reaching agreement with the conditions, a contract is concluded with them.
